We work strictly by appointment to give every guest our full, unhurried attention. Walk-ins are welcomed when a slot is free, but we recommend booking ahead — especially for bridal, spa and colour services.
Bridal bookings open six months in advance. We recommend a trial at least eight weeks before your wedding date to perfect your look, with the day-of appointment secured as early as possible.
Yes. We use premium, dermatologically tested formulations and tailor every treatment to your skin type. A complimentary patch test is available before any new facial or chemical service.
Absolutely. Our bridal packages can be extended to include mothers, sisters and bridesmaids. We dedicate private suites and a team of artists for wedding-day groups of any size.
Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a 25% fee, which is adjusted against your next visit.
